- Confirm your Needs and Objectives – Using our online application form and in person discussion, we will confirm your preferred lending scenario and your goals.
- Verify the Facts – Based on your debt needs we will verify your information upfront. This accelerates the application process and improves our negotiating position with lenders.
- Negotiate the Loan Options – You may want an offset or redraw account. You may need multi-currency accounts. You may need to vary the borrower and guarantor. We manage all this.
- Provide Advice and Assistance – Prior to application we will work with you to establish the optimal lending and ownership structures.
- Manage Application and Settlement – We manage the process of valuations, loan documentation reviews, and the engagement and management of conveyancing consultants and lawyers.
